Having SOLD our home in less than 4 days
to the 1st buyer that came through
at FULL asking price....
Although she isn't much, she was our first home.
She was where we brought our babies home to...
I am a little sad - but the fact that everything is working out is making us so happy!

The downfall to this story is that we hired a Realtor - and while being on the MLS helped to sell our house - we now have to pay out commissions. LAME, but worth it to not have a mortgage in both Utah and California.

We are so excited for you, that is insane that you were so lucky!!! When are you leaving? We should try to get together before you leave but we understand if you don't have time. Good luck with everything and we need to stay in touch!

Congrats! That is awesome. I am stoked you will be by us. We will have to hang out. I would love for you to come to American Idol with us. We definently have room in the car. It will be free gas. We are taking my friends husband's work car. We are leaving July 11 Friday after work and going home July 15 super early. Let me know. It would be awesome if you could come.

Yeah!!! I am so excited for you guys! How fun that you're moving to Sacramento, we loved living there :)Maybe we'll get back there someday. On another note....I may have to pick your brain a little as we just found out we're pregnant with twins :) My Dr. scared the crap out of me with all the horrible things that could happen, so I may need some good stories :) I hope you guys are doing well and hopefully we'll talk to you soon!
