Christmas vacation!

Merry Christmas - a little late!
We had a wonderful vacation - it was so nice to get away!
First, we went to Vegas. It was the twins first road trip - and surprisingly, it was not too bad. They slept the first half, then we got out to eat dinner to give us a break from the car, then the Little Mermaid saved our sanity until we could see Vegas lights. This is where Kennedy cried on and off until reaching Britni's home, but it was better than crying the whole time! While in Vegas, we went to two Christmas parties and hung out a lot with Brit's family and friends. We opened presents on Christmas Eve with Britni's extended family, and laughed at how much the girls loved the wrapping paper. Then we had Christmas morning with the immediate family. It was nice to be around the girls' little nephews and niece - as it is always fun to watch kids open presents.

Then Christmas evening, we packed up and flew to Jeremy's family in California. When we got there the whole family was ready to welcome us, and we ate dinner, and opened even more presents! (The girl's are already spoiled!) We had fun in Sacramento spending time with family, shopping for all the sales, and eating some great sushi! We also looked for homes in the Fair Oaks area. Eek! They sure are pricey! But, we know that we will end up where we need to be - so we are hanging onto faith.
Check out our pictures from some of the highlights of our vacation!

And last but not least....
who said drinking made you act weird? All this took was a couple of all nighters from the girls and "ta dah", you get this ...... (Courtesy of my sister-in-law, Trish)
*Can't figure out how to turn it - so turn head sideways and enjoy!*
