This month the girls got invited to a Princess Tea Party for their friend Lydia. Can I tell you how fun it is having girls? This is pretty much Bailey's proudest moment to date as her goal in life is to be The Little Mermaid. If you have not heard her version of Ariel's voice getting taken by the Sea Witch, you are missing out.
This is the best group shot I could get. Not the most cooperative bunch, but cute none the less. Tea partying it up... New found friend and Bailey. She cracked me up that while all the others kept trying on more princess dresses, she fell in love with the mini-skirt Pirate outfit.
This year was our year to go to Vegas for Christmas. We had tons of fun despite the freezing cold weather due to the wind! Beware this post has lots of pics so I won't blame you for scanning through real fast. Or, if you want to enlarge a pic of me and put it up in your room, I won't blame you either!

Great-Grandma Olvera and the girls Girls "shooting" at Bass Pro Shops
Kennedy's pose at the MGM Grand after we went to see the Free Lion Habitat. If you haven't seen it, don't. It was free what else can I say?
On vacation, we took the girls to the Leid Discovery children's museum (a personal childhood favorite of mine). There .........................
they are dressed up and did a dance on their big stage,
blew bubbles,
took flight lessons.
put on a puppet show,
grocery shopped,
picked the hottest guy working the register to check out with,
and experienced 80 mph winds of a hurricane!
Here is great-grandpa Kennedy and the little ladies.
We baked cookies for Santa by rolling,
cooking and frosting them,
and adding muchosugar to them! (Jer didn't stop them as he said Santa likes his cookies that way).
Here the girls are playing with some of their favorite presents from Christmas presents.
Christmas dinner was at the Webbs. Here is my friend/cousin. We still can not figure out what to call each other.
Due to the seizure she had on Halloween night, Bailey had a scheduled EEG. Here she is getting glue all over 24 points of her head.
She looked like one of Frankenstein's monsters with all these wires coming out of her! ...All with a smile on her face =)
Thanks to the sleep deprivation, Bailey slept through the whole process just like she was supposed to.
Today we got the results. And unfortunately, she had a few seizures while the EEG was going. So she is going to have to be medicated twice a day. Jeremy and I feel awful that she has been having them and hope the medication will help her get better without any nasty side effects. For now, we wait and see...
Go to Dovewood Court to walk around and look at the lights. (To get a full history of Dovewood, please see Jeremy as he recited it at dinner the other night).....
$20 Dollars for Food and Gas for the evening.
Go to a Ornament exchange party (where I made my own ornament)......
$10 for the ornament and the fillings
Go to our ward Christmas Party.....
FREE, but since I am on the committee I'd say $50 in labor!
Bought some boots the other day and the girls just HAD to wear them.....
P.S. She will NEVER own a pair like these while she lives in this house.
They thought these pictures were soooo funny! Notice any thing odd.
We are super nerdy and starting decorating our Christmas tree one evening on a whim (before Thanksgiving even) and let the girls stay up until midnight doing it!
Watching T.V. at night. How Bailey could see anything - we do not know. Best Friends!
Jeremy and Britni met in Provo, UT, and were married a year in a half later in the Oakland, CA Temple in 2004. Britni graduated from BYU in English with an emphasis in editing in 2005. In April of 2007, they had beautiful twin girls: Kennedy and Bailey. Jeremy graduated in April of 2008 in Construction Management, and scored a job in California soon after. We are now offically in our home and love the area!!!
Kennedy thinks she is the funniest thing ever, and loves to laugh at her own jokes. She is daring and loves to jump into the pool and have us catch her. She loves water, babies, the color pink, fish crackers, squirt bottles and riding down the hill in our backyard on her tricycle.
Bailey Graice
Bailey can usually be found drawing on the wall, trying to bite Kennedy, or bouncing across the room jumping from one couch to the other. She enjoys being cuddled and wrapped up like a snake at night. She loves singing like Arial-the Little Mermaid, somersaults, the color purple, and hugging her sister.
