5 Years

On June 26th, Jeremy and I celebrated our five year anniversary. Crazy, huh? Time flies. We are pretty much the same just a little fatter! We celebrated by staying at the same hotel we stayed at for our Honeymoon. We had the girls with us there in the day - and took them swimming, then we dropped them off, went out to dinner and had a night alone! It was much needed and awesome. Jer also bought me a beautiful ring to symbolize our five years -
I LOVE it!

Grouchy Ladybugs

My Aunt took us to get some pictures done of the girls and their brand new second cousin baby Faye! Let's just say that all of the 6 adults present were worn out by the time we were done!

For these shots the girls had to sit on my lap and legs (hence why Bailey looks shorter) because they were freaked out by the camera lady. These are all unedited pics the lady just gave us from her C.D. - so don't look too closely!

Loves being an Only Child....

Funny Outtakes:

For the life of her, Bailey could not hold still. She was running all over the place, so Jeremy (as seen on far right) was running in circles around the other two girls with Bailey chasing. This is what a snapshot of that turns out like =)

Again Bailey having little to no patience. She is yelling "Dad" over and over and over again. We called it a wrap after that.

She may get her looks from me, but her dance moves are from her DAD!

4th of July Fun!

We started our morning off by going to the ward breakfast and parade.

This is our attempt at a familly picture. They all are looking very similar to this lately.

Jer and Kennedy with her cute cheesy grin!

Me and my hunny buns!

Me and grumpy Bailey. She woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.

Kennedy and cousin Monroe

That afternoon, we took Kennedy to the lake with us (Bailey NEEDED a nap so she stayed with Nana). We rented a canoe and met up with one of Jer's cousins. We had lunch then went over to the rope swings. Kennedy totally went on the rope swing all by herself over and over (she never let go over the water - just kept coming back). Brad took a video so we will have to post it later! That night we walked to Nana and Papas house and watched the neighborhood fireworks. This is the first year the girls really watched them as their first year they were afraid and last year they were asleep! I was too wimpy to let them try sparklers - maybe next year!

Pampered

For Trish's brithday this year, Aaron threw her a suprise party. He needed someone to keep her occupied during the day - so he gave us some funds to spend the day out. We spent most of our day at the spa: getting back massages, pedicures, and our hair done! Then we went out to lunch and talked girl talk. Finally we retured her home and everyone shouted "SUPRISE!" It was so fun to spend a whole day with my sister-in-laws getting pamerped!

Suprise..... its Manni!

So I have the best husband in the world because he is FULL of surprises lately. (And this coming from the man who usually gives me my Christmas presents in November). Anyways, at some point he was in ka-houts with one of my best friends Manni (aka given name: Amanda) to have her fly out from Utah and visit me. Jeremy called me one Thursday, at the beginning of this month, and said he was craving sushi soooo bad and that we needed to go and get some when he got home from work. Now, I am a woman who completely understands the sudden NEED for some raw fish - so I thought nothing of it. He came home from work, picked me up, and drove us to Mikuni's. As the lady was seating us some chick was annoying me by stepping on my heels. I turned around in disgust when I noticed it was Manni. My face must have looked so weird. I starred at her, brows bent, so quite some time - before seeing her in Sacramento, at Mikunis, on her own, attempted to register in my little brain. I was so excited that I made her run outside to so I could scream!! Anyways, the trip turned out to be TONS of fun. (But way too short!)

We took the girls on the little Folsom Choo-Choo train ride.

And we morphed. Hey it is not like we have never been told we were acting like baboons before!

We also surprised one of our other college roommate friends, Tiffany, played card games, ate at Big Spoon, did baptisms at the temple, and made an AMAZING cheesecake (o.k. fine Amanda made it). I had such a great time and can not wait until we make our road trip out to Utah to see her.
